Welcome to CAVE Colombo. This website is operated by Timothy & Partners (Pvt) Ltd, trading under the brand CAVE Colombo (“CAVE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Products
CAVE Colombo sells apparel, including oversized acid-wash T-shirts and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.
Due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the nature of acid-wash garments, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur between photographs and the physical product.
Variations in colour distribution and appearance are a natural characteristic of acid-wash garments and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
Product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers may be changed at any time. The price displayed at the time an order is accepted will apply to that order, subject to any obvious pricing or listing error.
4. Orders
An order placed through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.We may cancel or reject an order where:
The product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
Customer information is incomplete or inaccurate.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
Delivery to the provided address is not possible.
If an order for which payment has already been received is cancelled by us, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with the applicable payment method and applicable law.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information. However, where multiple orders are placed at approximately the same time, an item may become unavailable before our inventory is updated.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Payment Methods
CAVE Colombo offers the following payment options, subject to availability at checkout:
Credit and Debit Cards: Customers can pay securely online using supported credit or debit cards.
KOKO: Customers may use KOKO as a payment option where available and subject to KOKO’s applicable terms and eligibility requirements.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers may choose Cash on Delivery where COD is available for their delivery location and order.
For COD orders, the customer agrees to accept the order and make the required payment to the delivery partner upon delivery.
Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on the availability of COD for future orders.
Online payments are processed through the relevant payment service providers. CAVE Colombo does not store customers’ complete card details on its own systems.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available within Sri Lanka, subject to courier coverage and service availability.
Standard delivery may be offered free of charge unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a specific promotion.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Defective Products
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, the customer should contact CAVE with the order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other applicable remedy in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable Sri Lankan law.
Normal acid-wash variations, minor differences in colour caused by screens or lighting, and reasonable characteristics of the garment’s fabric and finishing do not automatically constitute manufacturing defects.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Sri Lankan law.
9. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the garment.
Improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, chemical treatment, or other handling may damage the garment and may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Website Content
All website content, including photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text, product descriptions, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CAVE or its relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
The CAVE name, logo, designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, product concepts, and other brand assets may constitute intellectual property belonging to CAVE and/or Timothy & Partners (Pvt) Ltd.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
